Our services of mechanical tests cover a wide range of needs, such as raw materials or parents, finished components, production samples and sample qualification test. All our tests are performed by an accredited laboratory.
A fully equipped modern laboratory for macroscopic and microscopic examination. All equipment and machines are calibrated annually by an accredited company by UKAS Calibration / or calibrated using the methods of the house. We are doing every day to ensure ongoing compliance rigorous internal quality controls.
Our services include tensile and bending test, hardness test and impact, corrosion tests, analysis of the fracture, positive material identification and chemical analysis (UKAS- uncredited).

Investigations Of Failures:
Our failure investigations are designed to meet your exact specifications. Tested weldments failed, materials for parents, and the components that use a variety of methods to respond to the sample being studied. We carry most of the tests on a macro and micro cross-section of the area microscopes use both high and low power to investigate causes such as lack of fusion welding. We also do chemical analysis to determine whether a parent material and weld metal production requirements to meet or services.
We provide complete laboratory reports covering all specified items and understand all the details of the test phase and photographic evidence.
